As pro-Israel Jews in the UK and their supporters we wish to express our support for the new Ambassador of the State of Israel, Tzipi Hotovely.  You will receive a petition and letters from supporters of a fringe extreme Left organisation called Na'amod opposing her appointment but we are sure you will wish to ignore it. They represent no more than a handful of people in the UK Jewish Community. They claim all their signatures are from British Jews, please ask them to submit their list for independent verification of this.

We are delighted that for the first time Israel will be represented by a woman and look forward to welcoming the new Ambassador later this year. After Brexit the UK needs a trade deal with Israel as well as the scientific help that Israel can offer in the recovery from Covid-19 pus the security intelligence that Israel can offer to combat militant Islamism. We are sure that you will find Tzipi Hotovely a resourceful and helpful Ambassador in working towards those ends.
