Urge #MOLeg to Prioritize Contraceptive Equity in 2022

Missouri State Legislature

If 2021 taught us anything, it’s that birth control is not a bargaining chip – Missouri residents across the political spectrum strongly support greater access to birth control. And in the current environment of COVID variants, attacks on public health, and widening health inequities, it’s even more important to stand up for access to basic healthcare.

According to a new public opinion poll conducted by The Right Time initiative, 76% of Missourians believe the state legislature should increase access to birth control. Sign below to let our lawmakers know that you are in the 76%.

Seventy-six percent of Missourians want our state legislature to increase access to birth control and I am one of them. I am signing this petition to encourage you to make contraceptive equity a top priority this session. I urge you to pass:

1. Annual-Supply Birth Control Legislation;
2. Pharmacist-Dispensing of Birth Control Legislation;
3. The Compassionate Assistance for Rape Emergencies (CARE) Act.

When signed into law, these bills will significantly increase access to contraception, improving health equity and reproductive health outcomes.
