UC Labor Relations, UC President Michael V. Drake and the UC Board of Regents
Administrative Officer 2 workers at the University of California became Teamsters on Sept. 30, 2020, and immediately became eligible for the rights and benefits contained in our CX-Unit contract. We have nominated and elected a Bargaining Team of eight AO2s throughout the UC system, and have begun bargaining wages and an increasing pay scale as we gain more experience. We must stand together in support of our Bargaining Team as they negotiate with the UC. If the UC thinks we're not in this together, they will low-ball our wages like they have until now. Together we win!
