Our communities deserve 100% clean, renewable energy that is generated locally and empowers our community. Together we are pushing for our local politicians to invest in affordable clean energy, support energy sovereignty, and enable communities to be part of the solution by asking all Councils in the Wellington region to:
Make a commitment to installing or investing in sourcing local renewable energy to provide all necessary power for the running of every Council-owned building

Te Whanganui-a-Tara, like the rest of the Aotearoa, is currently being powered by polluting fossil fuels that are damaging our climate, causing financial hardship, and affecting the health of our people.
