We demand the following of the Biden Administration:
1. We demand citizenship for all 11 million undocumented immigrants that does not grow the deportation force of ICE and CBP
2. We demand the defunding of ICE, CBP and police, including the end to collaboration between these forces.
3. We demand immediate protections for our people, starting with the reinstatement and expansion of DACA and TPS.
4. We demand broad and inclusive COVID-19 relief and recovery that does not discriminate on the basis of immigration status
5. We demand a moratorium on enforcement, the release of immigrants held in ICE and CBP detention camps and their closure; and the right of people to come home who have been deported.
