Joe Biden & Congress

For four years we’ve fought the Trump Administration’s attacks. But our work does not stop with Trump out of the White House! We’re just beginning. The door is open to fight for what we need and the Biden Administration has a mandate. We must use the people power we’ve built to win victories that will protect our communities for the long term.

Joe Biden, his administration, and Congress need to get to work on day one and deliver the permanent solutions that our communities need to thrive. No excuses! It's time for Biden to step up; This is not a political game, our lives are on the line; We know our power, our demands and existence are undeniable

We’ve seen that when we come together, change is not just possible, it’s inevitable. We’re done with our communities not being prioritized. We need bold, progressive and permanent solutions for our people. We’re holding nothing back, and we need you to join us.

We’re launching our demands because we’re UNDENIABLE. And we’re one step closer to passing permanent protections for ALL. Now is the time for us to mobilize and hold the upcoming administration accountable to our community.:

4. We demand broad and inclusive COVID-19 relief and recovery that does not discriminate on the basis of immigration status
5. We demand a moratorium on enforcement, the release of immigrants held in ICE and CBP detention camps and their closure; and the right of people to come home who have been deported.
