The Kokomo School Board refuses to allow support workers the freedom to join together in a union, even though they have experienced the benefits of union membership themselves.
They Have:
• Dismissed employee concerns
• Given no valid reason for their decision
• They Value
o Power over People
o Control over Collaboration
o Their own views over our voices

We the undersigned are concerned members of the Kokomo community and we support the KCS support staff’s desire to join together in a union. We believe that dignity, respect, and fair treatment are rights worth fighting for. We agree that KCS needs these workers, and these workers need AFSCME.
