For months, young leaders from across San Diego County, including university students, disconnected youth who are not working or in school, elementary students and young professionals have worked together to let the adult leaders of the region know what we need to achieve our potential. This Bill of Rights is a call to action to our County Board of Supervisors to work with us to create a Regional Child and Youth Development Master Plan that will create a better future for us and generations to come.
