For some time I have been concerned about the direction the Labour Party is travelling in. Last week's local election results saw some excellent candidates and councillors lost and if the leadership of the party fails to listen it could risk consigning the Labour Party to the dustbin of history.

I have been clear that I believe the Labour Government urgently needs to change direction but I want to hear your views.
