This workshop will give you practical and immediately usable guidance about how to transform conversations with people who tend to disagree with you about so called “critical race theory.”

You will learn practical strategies for:

·      Reframing the exchange to include values you share in common

·      Tapping into your own history to add more candor to the conversation

·      Expressing your misgivings on banning CRT might produce results your conversation partner does not want
