This is our campaign landing page for all the GDC recruitment and onboarding supports, resources and trainings offered from October 2024 through January 2025!  Chapters should complete this self-assessment and goal setting form to make sure the GDC connects to help you meet your goals.

The GDC is offering a few major areas of support and activity:

• Two new trainings on recruitment and onboarding
• GDC coaching support on onboarding new members
• More outreach and GDC support new members from your chapter attend a nationally-coordinated monthly new member orientation
• Phonebanks for retention and dues asks, and support if you want to organize a recruitment, retention, or dues phonebank in your chapter
• A unique chapter recruitment join link so you can track intentional recruitment outcomes
