Eco Anxiety Cafe's Fall 2025 series - for Adults starting (Sept 13) and for Caregivers of children (Oct 18)

Eco-anxiety, or "fear of environmental doom" affects a reported 2/3 of all Americans. In Spokane, we are no exception!

The Spokane 350 Interfaith Committee and other community members started a Cafe to help each other with the isolation, helplessness, and overwhelm that can arise from eco-anxiety, as well as the hope that can arise when we come together. Each cafe is a place to share your feelings and thoughts, find or share resources, and connect with others who share your concerns.

This Fall, we're offering Eco-Anxiety Cafes for adults, plus a new Cafe for parents with young children!

Follow the links below to register to come to one or more cafes.

If you're not ready to register but would like to be notified of future cafes, you can sign up to be added to our email list.

Lets overcome our isolation and find space to talk about what moves us in these times.
