The Emergency Tenant Organizing Committee (ETOC) is our priority campaign. We cannot rely on politicians, nonprofits, or NGOs to save us. We organize tenants to fight back against landlord greed, take control of their housing, and end displacement.

Each month, the Housing Working Group works with Boston DSA members who are interested in unionizing their building. The Housing Working Group provides training on tenant organizing and helps the member grow their tenant union with canvassing, outreach, meetings, and escalatory actions. If you are interested in forming a tenants union, contact the Housing Working Group to host an ETOC in your building!
