Educators and staff members at Neighborhood House Charter School and Codman Academy Charter School continue to fight for a brighter future for their students and school communities. Workers at both schools separately decided amongst themselves to organize with the BTU and pursue the first ever collective bargaining agreement at their respective schools. Their goals are straightforward: win a contract that prioritizes students' needs and establishes fair working conditions for the workers who are deeply committed to their schools.

Educators and staff at both schools took a significant risk to stand up and speak out on behalf of their students. It's our turn to do the same for them.
