In May 2021, Frank finished in 2nd place behind the Conservative County Council Leader. Following a record breaking mayoral campign and a general election in which the Green Party leapfrogged the Liberal Democrats for the first time here, Frank is posed to win a seat on the County Council.

With Derbyshire County Council plunged into a £45million blackhole by the Conservatives, Frank is working hard to win here and repair the pain caused by the care home closure, attacks on services for vulnerable people, slashing of charity grants and threats to our library services.
