During this second phase of the DofD series, participants will be able to understand the concept of coalitions and their role in building shared power for collective action. We will recognize the benefits of coalitions, including the exchange of knowledge and ideas, sharing of risks and responsibilities, building community concern and consensus, engaging in collective action, improving trust and communication, and mobilizing diverse talents, resources, and strategies.
