Garage Sale and House Clearance Fund Raiser for Exeter Green Party.

A Green Party member is organising a house clearance and garage sale this Saturday, with 50% of all sales going to Exeter Green Party.

Come along, all welcome, tell friends, forward this email - the more the merrier. Some really lovely stuff, not junk.

• Kitchen ware (including as-new slow cooker, steamer, casseroles, plates, glasses, flutes, Dartington crystal)
• Party champagne and wine glasses, great for festive entertaining!
• Christmas decorations- loads of great decorations and festive ornaments from 50p!
• Ornaments, vases and jugs. Furniture (including IKEA desk and bedside cabinet, book shelf).
• Lamps, small and tall floor type.
• Clean good quality king size duvets, throws.
• Collectables (commemorative tins and plates, vintage wall mounted coffee grinder, brass fire place items …)
• Garden furniture (vintage bench and table), garden tools, boot rack house plants.
• Bikes (child ‘Dawes’ and woman’s –‘Specialized’ and Altura bike bag) – Halfords roof box.
• Paintings, prints and pictures: Huge variety of art from antique to contemporary from nature e.g. bird to nautical themed to large Chinese floral set of 4- all framed to buy at very attractive prices

As part of a full house clearance, also selling:

• Fantastic virtually unused 3-piece suite pale off-white sofa good quality and condition.
• Classic antique dark red chesterfield sofa (been in family for decades- fantastic piece of sustainable furniture)
• Twin beds (with optional Georgian headboards)
• Antique chair, rugs, runner
• Fenders including art nouveau.

Please note that anything bought in the garage sale must be collected by 3.00pm Saturday. You can buy early, then come back. Anything bought in the house clearance can be collected by arrangement on Sunday.

Where is the sale?

5 Heavitree Park, EX1 3PB. Heavitree Park is a one-way loop estate, with very limited parking near the start of the houses. No 5 is the last house as you walk around the loop.
