The Oregon Public Utilities Commission has the authority to say "no" to Idaho Power. The question is if they will do that. They are holding a public hearing on Monday, November 20th from 12-1pm. The public can give comments by phone or video. Here are two additional actions you can take to increase your impact on this decision:
