Join the Movement for Real Rent Control

As we have seen in the last decade California is in a state of emergency due to a housing crisis.

Unchecked rent increases and unfair evictions are leaving people on the street.

Tenants United Santa Ana, TU Santa Ana, a coalition of residents and organizations, are working to advocate for rent control in the city of Santa Ana.

Santa Ana is a renter-majority city; more than 50% of families rent and many are forced to live in overcrowded conditions or work multiple jobs to cover increasing rent costs.

This is why TU Santa Ana is leading a ballot initiative campaign to place a rent control ordinance on the ballot for the November 8th, 2018 General Elections, so that voters can decide to approve a rent control law.
