Rhode Island has the most restrictive voter registration deadline in the country.  But together, we can change that.

Common Cause Rhode Island and the Let RI Vote team are launching Let RI Vote for Same Day Registration, a campaign to get a constitutional amendment on the ballot in 2024 that would eliminate Rhode Island's thirty-day voter registration deadline.

First, both chambers of the General Assembly must pass legislation to put the amendment before the voters in November.  Take action now by signing the petition and sending your legislators a letter using our handy letter tool!
