Matthew Fonken is a Democratic candidate for Congress in Nevada’s 2nd District, a longtime organizer, and former Executive Director of the Nevada State Democratic Party. Raised on a horse farm in rural Arkansas by two mail carriers, he learned early the value of service, hard work, and community. After working his way through school and building a career in hospitality and organizing, he moved to Nevada and helped lead campaigns to protect healthcare, strengthen rural organizing, and fight for working people.
