One Million Black Voters Rising Campaign
About the campaign
1 Million Black Voters Rising
A national campaign to register one million eligible, unregistered Black voters by 2028 — powered by trust, relationships, and the organizing power of Black women.
Why this works
Black voters — especially those 18–35 — are not apathetic. They're unconvinced. Unconvinced that a vote moves the needle on a grocery bill, a missing child, a cousin who can't find work. That's not a messaging problem. That's a trust problem.
And trust isn't built at scale. It's built in living rooms, between people who already know each other. So we stop trying to reach strangers — and turn to the ten people who are already our people.
Three pillars of the campaign
Start with you
Register. Verify. Show up. Your power starts here.
Become a Circle Leader
One person activates ten. That ten activates one million.
Connect with partners
Find your people. Build power through trusted networks.
The cascade model
1 → 10 → 100 → 1,000,000
One Circle Leader activates their inner circle of ten. Each of those ten activates their own inner circle. That generation builds the next. Community is the method — registration is the metric. Both matter.
