Without apology!

We are fighting back against the Right and Ron DeSantis in their full scale attack on the autonomy of people needing abortion or gender affirming care in Florida. We seek a world with real reproductive choice and justice including universal childcare and universal healthcare with free coverage of abortion and gender care — a stark contrast to what currently exists in our state. To win that world, we must hold the line on reproductive rights. Here in the Panhandle we are committed to passing the statewide abortion rights ballot initiative to keep on fighting.

Feminist movements both here and abroad have taught us that the way to stop Right-wing attacks on reproductive rights is by building working-class movements of the majority that can contest power at the ballot box, in our workplaces, and in the streets. To win, we need to build people power, worker power, and the power of a mass movement — willing to fight back. The Democratic Socialists of America is organizing for just this sort of movement.

We are also campaigning to elect Haley Morrissette to represent Florida's Second House District! Hale will fight to expand Medicaid for all, secure jobs and housing, protect our environment, and protect the rights of women, workers, and LGBTQ people. She opposes bans on books, abortion, and gender affirming care!
