QCDSA Starbucks Workers United Solidarity Campaign
QCDSA Starbucks Workers United Solidarity Campaign
Starbucks has had four years to negotiate a fair union contract and resolve outstanding unfair labor practices. Instead, they’ve closed union stores, fired union leaders, and dragged their feet in bargaining while making record profits. Reaching a fair deal would cost Starbucks less than one day of sales, but the company would rather spend millions on union-busting and lavish management conferences than pay its workers a living wage.
Starbucks Workers United (SBWU) is calling on customers and allies for solidarity actions in support of their organizing efforts and the Quad Cities DSA Labor Committee is launching a series of these actions. Stay up-to-date on all our upcoming SBWU solidarity actions on this page!
