Say no to new city centre car park & yes to innovative multiple-uses for iconic site

Exeter City Council plans to turn the site of the old bus station into a car park. Is that really the best we can hope for in the heart of our City? We need people and environment-friendly uses on this site, not more car parking - especially as the city centre car parks are under-occupied.
