At our Local Convention, we adopted a resolution to develop a socialist electoral strategy. Having socialist electeds allows us to reshape the conditions of our organizing work. And it’s not just about winning, DSA campaigns are a great way to do socialist political education for a wider audience and to build beyond a single candidate campaign.

DSA-LB will create a strategy to identify a slate of cadre candidates, build co-governance practices, do political education and organizer trainings, and develop core policy demands around socialist principles.
