Clerical support staff — administrative assistants, office assistants, secretaries, forms and records analysts, and customer service specialists — haven't gotten a class-specific raise in over a decade. Many of our clerical colleagues perform a huge variety of crucial tasks and are often the lowest-paid people in the office.
