Eliminates incarceration for failed drug screens and allocates resources more effectively improving public safety and individual outcomes.

An Act Providing Access to Full Spectrum of Addiction Treatment Services: H.2116, S.1292
Improves outcomes by requiring insurance carriers to increase coverage from 14 to 30 days.

An Act Relative to Recovery Coach Licensure: H.2382, S.1452
Standardizes, streamlines and regulates process for Recovery Coach recognition, assuring payer reimbursement and availability of services.

An Act Advancing the Public Health and Safety Using Fentanyl Test Strips: H.2097
Creates a 3 year pilot program for the purpose of implementing and studying the efficacy of using fentanyl test strips.

An Act to Ensure Safe Medication Administration: S.1259
Supports Medication Assisted Recovery by adopting federal opioid treatment standards that expand access to methadone.
