Tell the QLD Govt - enforce the law and uphold our human rights!

It’s been almost 2 years since we reoccupied our ancestral homelands at Waddananggu and made it our home. It is our human right as First Nations people to practice culture on Country. But there’s just one big problem - our bad neighbour Adani.

Adani is interfering with our ability to practice culture and enjoy Country. They’re creating excessive amounts of dust, pollution and noise that is disturbing our sacred ceremony and putting the environment and our health at risk. Adani’s failure to monitor and mitigate their excessive noise and dust violates our human rights as well as the conditions of their Environmental Authority. That’s why we have delivered a legal letter to the Queensland Government demanding they enforce the law and investigate Adani’s violations of our human rights.

Call the Queensland Environment Minister and ask them to take immediate action to stop Adani violating our human rights.
