On May 30th, AFT-WV is asking teachers, service personnel, parents, students and other community members to participate in “honk and waves” held in your community to amp up support for the public schools West Virginia deserves.

Our goal is to engage our community and show our local legislators that their local community is supportive of public education and the needs of our schools as identified during the public education forums, and opposes a special session with an anti-public education agenda.
