Pruitt is going to Capitol Hill on May 16th to testify before a Senate committee about his scandals and corruption. We can’t count on Pruitt telling the truth, taking responsibility or resigning no matter what he’s asked about. Which is why we’re going to storm into Congressional offices all over the country and demand they open impeachment proceedings on Pruitt. We need you to help us by delivering petitions to your Member of Congress' district offices at noon on May 16th.
200 Members of Congress have already called for him to resign, but Pruitt has refused. He won’t go, and Trump won’t fire him, so Congress must impeach. If enough Members of Congress sign on and file articles of impeachment, the House will have to open an investigation. And since press reports and the EPA Inspector General have already confirmed Pruitt broke the law, the Senate will have no choice but to put Pruitt on trial.
Sign up here and we’ll give you a simple, two page delivery packet. When you arrive, take a picture of you and your friends holding up the first page in front of the Representative’s office. Then head inside and deliver a copy of the second page, which has a copy of the petition we all signed. Finally, post your pictures on social media using the hashtag #FirePruitt and we’ll share them with activists and reporters all over the country.
