New film 'Power Station' Crediton Arts Centre Friday 15th May 7 pm

Could a whole street become a renewable Power Station? https://power.film/
This film shows how artists Dan Edelstyn and Hilary Powell raised funds for their whole street, whoever wanted it, to have their houses retrofitted with solar roof panels, whether they could afford to pay for it or not! Apart from cutting peoples' fuel bills this cut climate emissions and brought in money from grid payments.
How they raised the money? A sponsored sleep on their roof, including winter months!
