Vintage postcard that says, " Greetings from New York State — where an outdated, unfair policy will soon be a thing of the past which will save New Yorkers over $600 million a year!"
Kim Frączek

For decades, the 100-foot rule has allowed gas utilities to profit by charging you for someone else's new gas hookup.

☑ New Yorkers decided to end it.

☑ Governor Hochul signed it into law!

☐ Now New York's utility regulators must finish the job. No loopholes! No delays!

New York's utility regulator, the Public Service Commission, is holding a meeting on November 19! We're showing up to deliver postcards & petition signatures asking them to implement the law on time!

More details coming soon!
