This retreat is a time to reconnect, reflect, and reimagine what’s possible when we center Indigenous voices, leadership, and ways of being in education. Theme: Bridging a Legacy
For the first time, we are bringing our signature gathering to the East River region!! Here is what the day will hold:
• A Founders Panel featuring Indigenous education leaders from across the state
• An interactive wellness experience to center and sustain our work
• Honest conversations about SDEEC’s vision, goals, and strategies
• A Tribal Accord presentation exploring the future of tribal consultation
• Small group community reflection to inform our next chapter
• Dinner and intentional networking to close the day in connection
