Field leads are the bedrock of our canvassing operation, responsible for preparing materials for our volunteer canvassers, training volunteers to knock doors and collect petition signatures and identifying new leaders.

No experience? No problem! We'll train you on everything you need to know about training first-time canvassers, activist retention, gathering feedback from members and elevating new leaders.
