26th July - AM Action Day with Natalie Bennett - Thames View, Barking
Start: Saturday, July 26, 2025•11:00 AM
End: Saturday, July 26, 2025•01:00 PM

A by-election has been called in Thames View ward in Barking - just south of central Barking. We have a fantastic candidate in Paul David Powlesland and the ward is comparatively small in size to others in the borough. This is our opportunity to breakthrough in Labour-dominated Barking and Dagenham, and to stop Reform from winning their first seat.
Come join us as we talk to voters alongside former Green Party Leader and member of the House of Lords, Natalie Bennett!
We can win in Thames View!
Turnout is likely to be low, so the winning candidate may only receive a couple of hundred votes. In three weeks we need to communicate with as many local residents through leaflets and conversations as possible. That's where we need you.
If you've never been to something like this before, no need to worry. We will have a short briefing before the session starts and we will pair anyone inexperienced with a more experienced person.
How to get there
The EL1 and EL2 buses will both take you to the stop 'Thames View Health Centre'. EL1 stops at both Barking train station (C2C, District) and Barking Riverside (Suffragette Line) and the EL2 stops at Barking train station (C2C, District) and Dagenham Dock (C2C).
Hope to see you there!
