Want to do something about rising authoritarianism but not sure where to start?
The Free Washington Project invites you to join us for the Resistance Social Hour—a casual, neighborhood gathering designed to connect concerned folks like you with local groups building community power and pushing back in our own neighborhoods and across the city, state, and country.
Meet organizers working on mutual aid, assembling whistle kits, adopting schools, canvassing businesses with Know Your Rights information, fighting ICE expansion, and more. Groups that will be at April's Social Hour include:
- Common Power
- High Point Community Defense
- Indivisible Civil Resistance
- Long Haul Kitchen
- Adopt a Corner - National Day Labor Network
- South King County and Eastside Mutual Aid
- Washington Neighborhood Defense
- White Center Community Defense
Join us for a beverage or two at Future Primitive and find ways to plug in!
UNABLE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT?
