FIGHT FOR OUR LIVES: A Rally to Save Florida ADAP- JACKSONVILLE
Florida's Department of Health is slashing AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP) eligibility from 400% to 130% of the federal poverty level, threatening to strip lifesaving HIV medication from an estimated 16,000 Floridians. There has been no transparency, no transition plan, and no accountability.
Join AIDS Healthcare Foundation and coalition partners at the Florida Department of Health in Jacksonville to demand that the state reverse these devastating cuts and protect the health and lives of people living with HIV across Florida.

Why This Matters
These cuts remove critical medications like Biktarvy from the formulary, eliminate premium assistance, and abandon thousands of people who depend on this program to stay alive and virally suppressed. Without ADAP, many will lose access to the medications that keep them healthy and prevent new HIV transmissions.
What to Expect
This is a peaceful rally. Speakers will include healthcare providers, advocates, and people directly impacted by the cuts. Signs and materials will be provided.
