Join Abolition and PG County DSA to Wheatpaste for our Poetry Event on May 10th at 2PM!

• Date: Saturday, May 10th, 2025

• Starting Points (choose one):
  • Suitland Metro Station
  • Waterfront Metro Station

• Endpoint: Anacostia
• After-Event Gathering: Busboys and Poets in Anacostia at 4:00 PM for some coffee/drinks and fellowship.

What to bring/wear:

• Comfortable walking shoes – you'll be doing some strolling!
• Weather-appropriate clothing that you don't mind getting a little dirty.
• A snack if you think you might get hungry along the way.

What we'll provide:

• Poster Wheatpasting Tutorial: We'll have a quick tutorial at each starting point before we head out
• All the posters
• Glue for placing the posters

If you can't make it for the wheatpasting, we'd still love to see you at Busboys and Poets in Anacostia afterwards! This is a great opportunity to get involved.
