Adventures In Socialism is our Multimedia Group. We were born out of the book club but felt we wanted to explore other forms of media. Last week we discussed Spirted Away by Hayao Miyazaki. We had fun exploring the Marxist themes and discussing what we took out of the film as well as discussing and learning about Hayao and his background. This round we are discussing the podcast If Books Could Kill and their episode "What's The Matter With Kansas?". We will meet and discuss what we got from this roughly 1hr long listen. After we will set up the next meeting.
