This is a huge moment — Portland City Council will vote Wednesday at 6:00 pm to pass Councilor Angelita Morrillo's AI Rent Price Fixing Ban to stop corporate landlords from using rent-setting software that inflates prices across the city. These algorithms let landlords collude without ever speaking, and they're driving up rents for everyone.

Before the city council meeting, renters and allies are coming together at Portland City Hall for a rally in support of the ban on algorithmic rent price-fixing. We need a strong renter turnout to show councilors that Portlanders won't stand for corporate price-fixing and that we demand fair housing policies.
