We will join together to embrace all of America, all of our history, and commit to the work yet to be done to make this country a place where liberty and equality are for all.
Ahead of the United States’ 250th Anniversary, Americans of all stripes will come together in support of a country that lives up to its ideals, reckons with our whole history, and embraces the mosaic of all who call it home.
We invite you to join us in love, solidarity, and community at Blairsville’s Park & Ride. It doesn’t matter who you voted for, everyone’s welcome!
We are gathering to show our neighbors we honor all humans equally, accept responsibility for the actions of our government, and champion our founding principles as outlined in our bedrock documents: The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and The Bill of Rights.
To make participation easy, we have about 200 handmade signs to share. If you choose to make your own signs, we encourage positive messages focused on who we are, what we support, and what we value.
Please help us show our neighbors that we honor the humanity within each other and don’t need profanity to express ourselves.

Our nonviolent movement’s vibe is smiling and waving to all passersby, NOT engaging with negativity. De-escalation is always our priority and declining to respond is typically the safest way to do so. Event safety is being coordinated with the Blairsville Police Department and Union County Sheriff’s Office.
A core principle behind all our events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events
This will be the biggest national day of action in the lead up to this historic anniversary for our country and will be a unifying call for all who want America to reckon with and repair our history rather than erase it, celebrate how far we’ve come, make America a place where freedom and equality are for all.
