Join Oye Owolewa, former ANC Commissioner, for a virtual ANC Listening Session bringing together past and current ANCs from across the District for shared conversation and strategic planning. This session centers the core work of ANCs on development, public safety, licensing, budgets, and quality-of-life issues, while creating space for ANCs to learn from one another and engage directly with Oye. Together, we’ll identify concrete ways a future Oye Owolewa DC Council At-Large office can better equip ANCs with stronger coordination, clearer pathways to impact, and a more meaningful role in shaping District policy.
