In this hour-long training, you’ll learn about the constitutional rights that protect businesses and their employees, the free resources WAND volunteers share with businesses, what business owners and staff should know about preparing for and responding to an ICE interaction, and how you can get started volunteering with us. We will have time after for questions and conversation.

WAND is a grassroots group founded in the summer of 2025 by two individuals. Since then, we've grown to include over 500 volunteers and have connected with thousands of businesses across Washington, building relationships and strengthening our communities along the way. Our supportive community of volunteers span across the entire state.
