Across the country, people from all walks of life are demanding a moratorium on AI data centers, which have massive water, power, pollution, and noise impacts — all to power the AI that's spying on us, stealing our jobs and ripping us off. Several of our elected officials here in Spokane have been back room dealing to build a massive data center. We need them to know that the people of Spokane refuse to have a data center in their backyard!

We're coming together across Washington state on October 4 to make sure our leaders receive the message: we demand a moratorium and real regulation of data centers and AI that puts people first.

We will be meeting at the rotary fountain at riverfront park and marching to city hall and the public works building (where the county commission meets) to make our voices heard and hear from organizers in the Anti AI Datacenter space.

The Aquifers Over AI March is our chance to peacefully exercise our first amendment rights to assembly and protest. We oppose violence, vandalism and property damage of any kind.
