Unemployed Workers United is suing Arizona Governor Doug Ducey on behalf of workers affected when he ended the extra $300 weekly benefits (FPUC) prematurely back in July. Our goal is for Governor Ducey to pay that money back to the workers in Arizona who qualified for it. This will be a first step towards building a movement of Arizona workers to take on the political establishment and change the government so it benefits working people and not just the rich!

The next hearing for the lawsuit is November 19th at 9:30 am. To make sure everyone can watch the proceedings and interact with one another in the chat we're hosting a Zoom call to stream the hearing.
