This is our recurring HGO 101 training that we offer to DSA members on a monthly basis. All are welcome to join, including experienced HGOs or brand new HGOs, though the materials will be geared towards covering the basics of running a grievance program in your chapter.

We will cover the practical and procedural basics of the grievance process and we will also have time for Q+A for HGOs to talk through any questions or concerns they are running into. We will also discuss ways to get involved with the national grievance committee to support other chapter HGOs!
