Come join Bay Area Jews for Justice for a community Havdallah with some Tu B’Shvat themes (the New Year of Trees).
Let’s welcome in a new year of hope for social change and justice.
We’ll be meeting 6-7pm outdoors at a backyard in North Oakland for singing, ritual, conversation, and learning about the BAJJ community.
Bring a dish to share. At 7pm we will be moving indoors for warmth and schmoozing.
Accessibility info:
Masks are not required. The first part of the evening will be outdoors. The second part will be indoors. An air filter will be running.
The backyard space is sort-of wheelchair accessible: there are no steps and the gate is wide enough to get through. There are some bumpy bumpy parts, though wheelchairs have traversed it before.
The indoors is not accessible. There are two steps to get down inside and one step to get into the (pretty small) bathroom.
Please share your accessibility questions in the form and the host will share more details!
