Join us on the corner of the Stuart Highway and Larapinta Drive in Mparntwe on the Global Day of Action (23/02/26) to Close Military Bases for a peaceful banner drop calling for justice and peace. This action is a stand against the continuing operation of the US intelligence facility at Pine Gap — a base deeply tied to US global surveillance and military operations that enable violence and oppression across the globe, including the ongoing genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza. We will meet at 7:50 at the end of George Crescent in Ciccone to organise before raising our banners for the Mparntwe peak hour traffic. Together, we can show that our community demands an end to Australia's complicity in US war crimes.
