It will cover both midterm bargaining and negotiations for successor contracts and will examine creative tactics for negotiating financial, workload and professional topics and prioritizing issues and proposals. The webinar will be led by Sarah Lanius, AAUP’s Field Service Representative, and Michael Mauer, AAUP's Senior Labor Advisor.
